1. (a) a description of the extent to which the administering agency has met the requirements of this Article, and a schedule for implementing the final area plan, by December 29, 1987, to include the provisions of Sections 5020.2-5020.8 of this Article;
2. (b) provisions for integrating, in the final area plan, information from business plans submitted by handlers within the jurisdiction of an administering agency;
3. (c) protocols for responses to pesticide drift exposure incidents; and

4. (d) a form providing information on the elements within the area plan, substantially equivalent to the following optional model reporting form for area plans.
