1. (a) Licensed manufacturers, importer/exporters, or wholesalers may, after review by the State Fire Marshal, use the Seal of Registration bearing their license registration number for any of the following:

   1. (1) Printed matter including advertising and copy for publication.
   2. (2) Letterhead, personal cards and similar stationery.
   3. (3) Stencils for any of the foregoing.
