Smoking shall be prohibited and signs bearing the words “No Smoking” shall be posted on and in every building, mobile facility, or structure used for the sale of fireworks. Signs shall be positioned at the entrance to and inside such buildings, mobile facilities, or structures and at such other locations as designated by the authority having jurisdiction. Lettering shall be red in color on a white background. Letters shall be at least 3 inches in height with a stroke of at least ½ inch.
