2. (2) Labels for portable fire extinguishers not otherwise prohibited by this chapter.
3. (3) Printed matter including advertising matter and copy for publication.
4. (4) Letterhead, personnel cards and similar stationery.
5. (5) Stencils for any of the above.

Licensed concerns shall use the Seal of Registration on every Annual Maintenance Tag required by this chapter and may use such seal for any of the following purposes:
