   1. (e) Disposition of Fees. Application and listing fees shall be submitted simultaneously with each original application for listing. If the material or equipment is not found to be in conformance with the provisions of these regulations, the listing fee shall be returned to the applicant. The application fee shall be retained by the State Fire Marshal to offset the costs incurred through evaluation of the material or equipment.
   2. (f) Listing and Period. Listing fees shall be for the term of a fiscal year between July 1 and June 30, or for any portion thereof.
