SFT shall reinstate a Registered Instructor, Registered Lead Evaluator, Registered Skills Evaluator, Exam Proctor, Accredited Academy, host agency/facility, student, candidate, or applicant if they meet all terms of disciplinary action, reapplies for registration, certification, accreditation, and testing, and meets all current requirements.
