The test method for determining the static pressure performance of Phase II vapor recovery systems of dispensing facilities with above-ground storage tanks is set forth in the Air Resources Board's TP-201.3B “Determination of Static Pressure Performance of Vapor Recovery Systems of Dispensing Facilities with Above-Ground Storage Tanks” which is incorporated herein by reference.
