1. (a) This ATCM shall apply to:

   1. (1) The Owner or Operator of any Facility performing Chrome Plating.
   2. (2) Any person who sells, supplies, offers for sale, uses, or manufactures for sale in California a Chrome Plating Kit.

2. (b) Title V Permits.

   The Owner or Operator of a Major Source subject to the requirements of this section is required to obtain a title V permit (See 42 United States Code, section 7401, et seq.) from the District.

3. (c) Severability.

   Each part of this ATCM shall be deemed severable, and in the event that any part of this ATCM is held to be invalid, the remainder of this ATCM shall continue in full force and effect.
