1. (a) Information that is submitted electronically with electronic signatures, or by means other than original hardcopy with original handwritten signature, will have the same legal effect as if it were submitted in hardcopy form certified by a handwritten signature.
2. (b) Unless another deadline is specified, information requested by the Executive Officer must be submitted to ARB within 10 calendar days of the request.
