1. (a) Failure to comply with the requirements of this subarticle at any individual piece of equipment subject to this subarticle constitutes a single, separate violation of this subarticle.
2. (b) Each day, or portion thereof, that an owner or operator is not in full compliance with the requirements of this subarticle is a single, separate violation of this subarticle.
3. (c) Each metric ton of methane emitted in violation of this subarticle constitutes a single, separate violation of this subarticle.
4. (d) Failure to submit any report required by this subarticle shall constitute a single, separate violation of this subarticle for each day or portion thereof that the report has not been received after the date the report is due.
5. (e) Failure to retain and failure to produce any record that this subarticle requires to be retained or produced shall each constitute a single, separate violation of this subarticle for each day or portion thereof that the record has not been retained or produced.
6. (f) Submitting or producing inaccurate information required by this subarticle shall be a violation of this subarticle.
7. (g) Falsifying any information or record required to be submitted or retained by this subarticle shall be a violation of this subarticle.
