1. (a) The administrator may appeal to the director of the regional center the following specific actions taken by the regional center:

   1. (1) Findings of substantial inadequacy pursuant to Section 56054;
   2. (2) Findings of immediate danger pursuant to Section 56053;
   3. (3) Sanctions pursuant to Section 56057;
   4. (4) Service level disapproval pursuant to Section 56005; and
   5. (5) Enforcement of any requirement by the regional center which is not contained in Title 17, California Code of Regulations, Division 2, Chapter 3, Subchapters 4 and 6.
