1. (a) The administrator may appeal a regional center action in Sections 59067, 59068, or 59070, pursuant to Sections 56061-56065 and 56067.

2. (b) Implementation of regional center actions during the appeal process occurs as follows:

   1. (1) In the case of immediate danger, the action of the regional center shall remain in effect throughout the appeal process.
   2. (2) In the case of substantial inadequacies, corrective action shall be suspended until the appeal process is complete, except in situations specified in Section 56054(a)(1).
3. (c) Nothing in Subsection (b) precludes the regional center from taking immediate action if conditions in the facility deteriorate into an immediate danger because the substantial inadequacy has not been corrected.
