Cal. Code Regs. tit. 17, § 59019 – Corrective Action Plan (CAP).

(a) The regional center and the administrator shall comply with the requirements for CAPs described in Section 56056.
(b) The regional center shall forward a copy of the CAP to the Department and the Department of Social Services.

1. New section filed 3-20-2017 as an emergency; operative 3-20-2017 (Register 2017, No. 12). Pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 4698.1(b), a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 3-19-2019 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
