1. (a) As used in this subchapter, the following terms have the meanings specified in Title 17, Section 50401:

   1. (1) Department; and
   2. (2) Regional Center.

2. (b) As used in this subchapter, the following terms have the meanings specified in Title 17, Section 50501:

   1. (1) Community Care Facility; and
   2. (2) Health Facility.

3. (c) As used in this subchapter, the following term has the meaning specified in Title 17, Section 54000:

   1. (1) Developmental Disability.

4. (d) As used in this subchapter, the following terms have the meanings specified in Title 17, Section 54302:

   1. (1) Applicant;
   2. (2) Consumer;
   3. (3) Generic Support(s);
   4. (4) Natural Supports;
   5. (5) Service Design;
   6. (6) Service Code;
   7. (7) Special Incidents;
   8. (8) Supported Living Service;
   9. (9) Vendor; and
   10. (10) Vendorization.

5. (e) As used in this subchapter, the following term has the meaning specified in Title 17, Section 56076(e):

   1. (1) Family Home;
   2. (2) Family Home Agency (FHA);
   3. (3) Relative.

6. (f) As used in this subchapter, the following term has the meaning specified in Title 17, Section 58501:

   1. (1) Cost Effective.
