1. (a) A contract for transportation serviced which was executed before the effective date of these regulations shall:

   1. (1) Remain in effect unless it is terminated pursuant to the contract provisions or pursuant to subsection (3) below;
   2. (2) Not be amended after the effective date of these regulations; and
   3. (3) Be terminated by agreement of the parties.
