1. (a) Approved limited permit X-ray technician schools teaching the DEXA category shall require that each student who graduates from the school complete the following educational program within two months of beginning the program. However, the program may not be less than three days:

   1. (1) Eighteen (18) hours of formal classroom education consisting of the following:
