1. (a) Cans of Ripe Olives shall bear a label which meets all of the labeling requirements set forth in Article 4, Sections 26550 thru 26562 of the California Health and Safety Code and in addition, shall bear all of the following information:

   1. (1) A statement of the drained weight.
   2. (2) A size designation according to one of the seven sizes set forth in Table 1.
   3. (3) A cut or imprint which represents the approximate size of the fruit designated as set forth in Table 1.
2. (b) Cans of Ripe Olives with counts per pound between two size ranges shall be labeled as the lesser or smaller size.
