Sexually Transmitted Diseases in Minors.

(a) A minor 12 years of age or older may give consent to the furnishing of hospital, medical and surgical care related to the diagnosis and/or treatment of any of the following non-reportable sexually transmissible diseases:
1. (1) Candida genitalis.
2. (2) Chlamydia trachomatous.
3. (3) Condyloma acuminata.
4. (4) Hemophilus vaginalis (Gardnerella vaginale).
5. (5) Cytomegalovirus infection.
6. (6) Herpes genitalis.
7. (7) Molluscum contagiosum.
8. (8) Non-gonococcal urethritis, vaginitis and cervicitis.
9. (9) Pediculosis (Phthirus pubis).
10. (10) Scabies (Sarcoptes scabiei).
11. (11) Trichomoniasis.
