It shall be the duty of anyone in charge of a public or private TK-12 school, family child care home, child care center, or early childhood education site (including preschool), or their designee, to report to the local health officer the known or suspected presence of any of the conditions listed in Section 2500(j). The report shall be in the manner and timeframe established in 2500(j).
