1. (a) Possesses a baccalaureate or higher degree, or an equivalent in chemistry, biochemistry, or other appropriate discipline as determined by the Department.
2. (b) Has two years practical experience in performing drug analysis on biological fluids or tissues, such experience to include experience in interpretation of chromatographic, spectrophotometric and immunochemical testing results.
