1. (a) Employs at least one methadone drug analysis supervisor.
2. (b) Furnishes the Department with detailed, written descriptions of each method it uses for drug analysis. Such description shall clearly describe the initial test and confirmatory test methods.
3. (c) Maintains an internal quality control program.
4. (d) Demonstrates satisfactory performance in an initial proficiency testing program conducted by the Department.
5. (e) Demonstrates satisfactory performance in a continuing external proficiency testing program conducted by or approved by the Department.
6. (f) Passes such on-site inspections as the Department may require.
7. (g) Demonstrates an ability to meet the requirements of these regulations.
