1. (a) By April 1 of each year, the Department may report to the Bureau of Gambling Control, within the Department of Justice, each gambling enterprise who failed to make timely payment.
2. (b) By April 1 of each year, the Department may follow the procedures in section 8776.6 of the State Administrative Manual (revised 06/10), incorporated herein by reference, for the collection of accounts receivable.
