1. (a) The licensee shall avoid actual conflicts of interest, and consistent with the licensee's fiduciary duties, shall not engage in any activity where there is the reasonable appearance of a conflict of interest.
2. (b) The licensee shall not engage in any personal, business, or professional interest or relationship that is or reasonably could be perceived as self-serving or adverse to the best interest of the consumer.
3. (c) The licensee shall protect the rights of the consumer and the estate against infringement by third parties.
