1. New section filed 9-21-2000 as an emergency; operative 9-21-2000. Pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 4999.9, a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 3-20-2001 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
