1. (a) An Automotive Repair Dealer shall not directly or indirectly pay or agree to pay any money or anything of value as a commission, referral fee, inducement, or in any manner a consideration, to a towing service for the delivery or the arranging of a delivery of a vehicle not owned by the repair shop or towing service, for the purpose of storage or repair.
2. (b) An Automotive Repair Dealer shall not directly or indirectly accept or agree to accept any money or anything of value as a commission, referral fee, inducement or in any manner a consideration, from a towing service for arranging or requesting the services of a tow truck.
3. (c) Any violation of this section shall be cause for administrative disciplinary action. The authority of the bureau to impose discipline pursuant to this section shall be in addition to, and not a limitation on, its authority to take disciplinary action or other legal action, pursuant to any other provision of law.
