Cal. Code Regs. tit. 16, § 3102 – Definitions.

(a) “Code” means the Business and Professions Code.
(b) “Board” means the Board of Nursing Home Administrators of the State of California.
(c) “Act” means “Nursing Home Administrator's Licensing Act” as contained in Chapter 8.5 of Division 2 of the Code.
