1. (a) The Board shall require such reports by schools and conduct such investigations as necessary to determine whether or not approval will be continued.
2. (b) A school shall report to the Board within ten days of the termination of a faculty member.
3. (c) A material misrepresentation of fact by a psychiatric technician program in any information submitted to the Board is cause for denial or revocation of approval or provisional approval.
