1. (a) Applications and all required supporting documentation and fees must be received by the Board prior to the applicant being scheduled for examination.
2. (b) Vocational nursing programs shall file a transcript of record for each student who completes the course on a form provided by the Board.
3. (c) Schools shall submit in duplicate a list of all students whose applications for examination are submitted to the Board by the school.

No one except as authorized by the Board shall solicit, accept, or compile information regarding the contents of written examination questions, either before, during, or after the administration of any examination.
