Nothing in the laws or rules relating to shorthand reporting corporations alters the duties and responsibilities of a licensed person to and professional relationships with their clients and others; nor do such laws or rules in any way impair the disciplinary powers of the Court Reporters Board of California over licensed persons; nor do such laws or rules impair any other law or rule pertaining to the standards of professional conduct of licensed persons.
