1. (a) “Program” means the alcohol and drug abuse wellness program for veterinarians and registered veterinary technicians authorized pursuant to Article 3.5 (commencing with Section 4860) of Chapter 11 of Division 2 of the Business and Professions Code.
2. (b) “Wellness committee” means Wellness Evaluation Committee (WEC).
