Cal. Code Regs. tit. 16, § 1737.4
In addition to the standards in USP Chapter 800, the PIC, designated representative-in-charge, or professional director, as applicable, shall be responsible for all activities and decisions made or approved by the designated person when the facility is compounding HDs or performing crushing or splitting tablets or opening capsules of antineoplastic HDs.
