1. (a) A speech-language pathology assistant shall be limited to the responsibilities, duties, and functions as provided in Section 2538.1 of the Code.
2. (b) A speech-language pathology assistant shall disclose while working, his or her name and registration status, as granted by the state, on a name tag in at least 18-point type.
