1. (a) Only those educational programs which meet the requirements set forth in Section 1398.31 shall be approved by the board for professional education in physical therapy. The executive officer shall maintain on file at the board's Sacramento office a list of approved education programs.
2. (b) If, at the time of graduation, the physical therapy educational program from which the applicant for licensure graduated was an approved program as set forth in Section 1398.31, the applicant's educational program shall be considered to satisfy the requirements of Section 1398.30(a).
