1. (a) To activate a license that has been placed on inactive status pursuant to section 2988 of the Code, the licensee shall submit evidence of completion of the requisite 36 hours of qualifying CPD for the two-year period prior to reactivating the license.
2. (b) For the renewal of an expired psychologist license within three years of the date of expiration, the applicant for renewal shall provide evidence of completion of 36 hours of qualifying CPD for the two-year period prior to renewing the license.

This section shall be applicable to both a license that expires on or after January 1, 2023, and an application for license renewal, reactivation, or reinstatement received on or after January 1, 2023.
