2. (b) All agreements and amendments thereto.
3. (c) All correspondence with the Enforcement Program.
4. (d) All committee letters.
5. (e) All file notes, laboratory and incident reports.
6. (f) Computerized records derived from any of the foregoing types of documents.

The diversion program shall retain the following types of records concerning a participant:
