1. (a) In order to be considered for appointment to the review committee required by Section 2168.1 of the code, a medical school representative shall:

   1. (1) Be a senior administrator designated by the dean of the medical school;
   2. (2) Possess a current valid physician's and surgeon's certificate in California;
   3. (3) Be involved in and knowledgeable about graduate medical education and the academic review process; and
   4. (4) Submit a current curriculum vitae.
2. (b) The committee members shall serve at the pleasure of the Division.
