- (a) A diversion evaluation committee shall consist of six members: three licensed dentists, two public members, and one licensed physician or psychologist.
- (b) Each committee member shall have experience or knowledge in the evaluation or management of persons who are impaired due to alcohol or drug abuse.
- (c) Each member of the committee shall be appointed by the board and shall serve at the board's pleasure.
