The Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Board (CTRB or Board) consists of 11 members whose function is to act as the governing body over the California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Authority (CALCTRA). The Chairman of the Board must be the Secretary of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation by statute.
