Cal. Code Regs. tit. 15, § 8119 – Hiring of Previously Incarcerated or Paroled Individuals at CALCTRA.

(a) The Director's written approval is required to offer employment at CALCTRA to a previously incarcerated or paroled individual.
(b) Previously incarcerated or paroled individuals employed at CALCTRA must not, without the Director's written approval, be assigned to areas that enable them to access:
1. (1) Employee records.
2. (2) Incarcerated individual personal or medical information.
(c) A previously incarcerated or paroled individual must not be appointed to any position until their background clearance is received.
