1. (a) If an employee is arrested for or convicted of a violation of law, the employee must notify their supervisor.
2. (b) Restrictions to an employee's driving privilege that interfere with their job duties must be reported by the employee to their supervisor.
3. (c) Reports made pursuant to subsections (a) or (b) of this section must be communicated up the chain of command to the Director within one working day.
4. (d) Misconduct that impairs an employee's ability to do their job, causes discredit to, or affects or involves CALCTRA may be cause for disciplinary action.
