Unless otherwise stated in these regulations, CALCTRA incarcerated workers are to utilize the regular appeal process which provides a remedy for incarcerated individuals with identified grievances, in accordance with Title 15, Division 3, Chapter 1, Article 8 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR).
