1. (a) Quarterly Reports. The contractor shall submit quarterly progress reports to the Department during the term of the contract. The reports shall include a report of progress made during the reporting period, change orders issued, invoices submitted, and project payments made by the contractor.
2. (b) Final Financial Statement. The contractor shall submit an acceptable final accounting to the Department not later than ninety (90) days following completion of the project. A later date may be authorized by the Department.
