1. (a) Wards who are to be transferred to a local facility for an additional 60-day program shall have an individualized set of objectives to be accomplished that take into account programs experienced by ward to date. Sixty-day extensions may be in a resident juvenile hall program or camp program within the county the ward is committed from or with a county whose facility the committing county is using.
