1. (a) A full time director who has had at least one year's experience with delinquent youth.
2. (b) A facility staff member that holds a valid supervision credential in academic education. This person may be the director or another staff member assigned to work in the facility.
3. (c) Academic teachers with elementary credentials, a special education credential, and experience with computer-assisted instruction.
4. (d) Physical education teacher with a valid secondary credential in physical education.
