Section shall lapse by operation of law on 2-7-2020 pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(d) unless formally adopted as a regulation pursuant to Chapter 3.5 (commencing with section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
