Parole Return or Transfer to Another State.

(a) Pursuant to PC Section 3003(j), an offender may be returned or transferred to another state to serve their parole.
(b) Before CDCR returns or transfers an offender to another state, the offender shall be in compliance with PC Section 11177.2.
