Cal. Code Regs. tit. 15, § 3486.3
(a) If an allegation of staff misconduct is referred for investigation and the Hiring Authority makes a finding, the Hiring Authority shall notify the claimant in writing of the findings no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the findings are made, as required by subdivision (f)(1) of section 832.7 of the Penal Code.
