1. (a) State-owned television sets provided for incarcerated person viewing shall be moved only by designated staff.
2. (b) Except to change the channel to a scheduled program, television channel changes and receiver adjustments shall be made only by staff.
3. (c) The viewing schedule for each state-owned television set shall be determined under the supervision of staff by a vote of the incarcerated persons using the set. Program viewing schedules shall be displayed next to the television set and shall be removed or changed only by staff.
