4. (d) periodic testing of emergency equipment;
5. (e) emergency evacuation of the facility; and

6. (f) a program to provide all youth supervision staff with an annual review of emergency procedures.

   Confidential policies and procedures that relate to the security of the facility may be kept in a separate manual.
