A Minor Corrections Needs Assessment Study shall consist of, but not be limited to, those requirements of Section 538, Major Corrections Needs Assessment Study, Subsections (a)(1), (b)(1), (b)(3), (b)(4), (b)(5), (b)(11), and (d).
